Cancellation Policy

Because our staff gets paid by commission, late cancellations and no-shows result in financial hardship.

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a single appointment. For spa parties and couple services we require three days notice. For bridal packages containing three services or more, we require 2 weeks notice. Failure to give proper notice for your cancelled appointments may result in service fees and/or holds on future appointments.


We require a credit card to be held on file for the following services: couples spa services, specialty colors, spa parties and bridal packages.

Child Policy

For the safety and comfort of each guest, we ask that if you do not have child care, you reschedule your salon or spa service.

Children 10 and under must have a parent on premise during a service.

Cell Phones

To maintain a relaxing and peaceful environment, please silence cellular devices when you visit.


If you are unhappy with your service, an adjustment may be given at the discretion of management. Corrections must be scheduled within ONE WEEK of the original appointment.
